Project Management
A kitchen renovation typically takes a minimum of six weeks. That’s a long time to be without a functioning kitchen and to have parts of your home disrupted.
Milliken Builders manages the process to keep delays and inconvenience to a minimum. Once your kitchen company provides an installation date, we step in a few days beforehand to complete demolition and any structural work. We coordinate trusted local trades for plumbing and electrical rough‑ins, plastering, and any other preparation required.
After installation, we organise tiling or floor coverings, electrical and plumbing fit‑off, and painting—ensuring everything comes together smoothly.
