We were excited to return to Balgownie to assist a repeat client with their ensuite renovation.
The ‘old’ ensuite was still in great condition but was outdated and a little cramped. Our clients decided not to replace the existing spa bath.
Instead they opted for more floor space which allowed them to keep a large vanity and increase the shower size. The result is a lighter, more inviting bathroom.
Here are some of the exciting features of this beautiful ensuite renovation.
More Light
We removed the existing timber double awning window and replaced it with an highlight Oiled Western Red Cedar Window. We also finished off the recently installed Velux Integra Skylight. This gives lots of light and privacy without the need for frosted glass or window coverings.
More Modern
Our clients achieved this fresh, modern look by using
- One tile throughout for both floor and walls. Rock Salt White Gold 600mm x 600mm
- Brushed Nickel Fixtures
- A Timberline 1500mm Grange Wall Hung Vanity with Caesarstone Benchtop and Gloss Ceramic Rectangle Under Counter Basins
- A three-panel inset Shaving Cabinet that provides additional storage
- A Frameless Shower Screen Panel
Special Features
- Heated Flooring
- 7 Bar Heated Towel Rail
- Smart Wi-Fi Controlled 3 in 1 Heater, Exhaust and LED Light
