Country Deck
Allan Besednjak of ALS Drafting drew the drafting plans for this deck. The plans were submitted to City Building Approvals who was the nominated certifying authority for this development. CBA approved the deck as a complying development. Westlake Punnett and Associates Pty Ltd provided the engineering report and drawings. Allen Price & Scarratts carried out the survey work.
We built the deck and staircase using treated pine sourced through local Robertson suppliers. G&V Fabrications supplied and installed the aluminimum picket handrail to the deck and staircase and the aluminium privacy screen. Hanlon Windows Australia supplied the sliding glass door.
