Investing in the Next Generation of Tradespeople
Training and mentorship have long been central to our business. We take pride in guiding apprentices as they begin their careers. Under Troy’s leadership ten apprentices have earned their Certificate III in Carpentry with the support of the Milliken Builders team. Seeing these young tradespeople grow in skill and confidence is a rewarding part of our work.
Celebrating Caleb’s Journey
Caleb Bate is one of those apprentices who has grown with us for the past seven years. Caleb has completed his apprenticeship and builder’s course.
From January 2026 Caleb will step into a leadership role, supporting Troy and myself while gaining the experience that will help guide Milliken Builders into the future.
